Assistant Accommodation Manager - #2089672

Assistant Accommodation Manager based onsite Monday to Friday each week

Temporary role for initial 6 weeks with potential for temp to perm

Hrs are 0900-1730 Monday to Friday with some out of hours work to support events (ad hoc)

?Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents, visitors and prospective tenants.
• Meet and greet visitors in a professional and approachable manner.
• Conduct site tours and show prospective residents around the accommodation.
• Support diary management, appointments and booking arrangements.
• Build strong relationships with residents to encourage a positive community atmosphere.
• Work with marketing support to build excitement about any seasonal social events being run for students.
• Use social media and digital channels to share details of events and activities available for all student residents.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email.
• Maintain accurate records, logs and general site administration.
• Promote a warm, welcoming and high-quality living environment.
• Undertake other reasonable duties in line with the needs of the site.

Person Specification

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Strong customer service experience in a front-facing environment.
• Confident working with residents, visitors and external contacts.
• Good IT skills, including familiarity with social media platforms.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
• An interest in marketing and resident engagement would be an advantage.
• Professional, approachable and proactive in style.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in PBSA, student accommodation, hospitality, reception or community-led roles.
• Experience supporting show rounds, lettings activity or occupancy growth.
• Experience using social media for promotional activity or audience engagement.
