Basic Salary: £27,415 to £35,154, dependant on CeMAP qualification.

The Role
You’ll be target driven and enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment, all the while making sure the customers best interests are at the heart of what you do. This is a challenging, rewarding role where you’ll be supported in developing your skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Management of leads via multi channels
• Deliver excellent customer service through an evaluation of our customer needs and circumstances offering a recommendation best suited to them
• Observe regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR
• Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
• Hit agreed service levels and targets, striving to overachieve
• Work in accordance with the regulatory requirements as applied by the Company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.

Essential Criteria

• Full CeMAP qualification or part qualification, desirable, the commitment to study and gain this qualification is essential (training packages provided).
• A minimum of 12 months experience in an advised sales role.
• Proven track record of hitting key objectives in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in our Manchester City Centre Offices at least 3 days per week*.
