Description

As a Financial Mis-selling Solicitor your duties will include:

• Manage a caseload of financial mis-selling claims with professionalism and efficiency.
• Draft legal documents, including letters, contracts, and agreements, in a clear and accurate manner.
• Review and analyse evidence to assess the merits of claims.
• Negotiate settlements with third parties to achieve favourable resolutions for clients.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure compliance with standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and precedents relevant to financial mis-selling.

Profile
