We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced B2B business on an initial 6–9 month contract.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning marketing operations, managing launches and driving commercial performance in a busy environment.

You’ll work closely with leadership, agencies and internal teams to ensure marketing activity runs smoothly, campaigns are delivered effectively and performance is clearly measured.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and campaign delivery
• Manage agency relationships and hold partners accountable for performance
• Coordinate launches, timelines and communications across teams
• Own reporting and performance analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Manage marketing budgets and track spend effectively
• Support customer and brand experience across communications and channels
• Provide stability and direction to the wider marketing team

Requirements:

• Proven B2B experience managing marketing operations in a fast-paced business
• Strong commercial awareness and performance mindset
• Experience managing agencies and external partners
• Confident analysing data and turning insights into actions
• Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and adapting in a changing environment

Contract Details:

• ASAP start
• 6–9 month contract
• 5 days per week
• Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the Manchester office
