Please note: This role requires onsite attendance in Manchester, 5 days per week, and successful completion of BPSS and client security clearance checks.

We are seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead to establish and lead a new Identity & Access Management service during a high-profile service transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Create IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Lead service transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing activities
• Provide IAM service leadership and governance
• Manage KPIs, SLAs and service reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage stakeholders, risks and issues

• Expertise across IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI
