The Role

This is a predominantly new business focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, generating pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You’ll be targeting decision-makers across HR, L&D, Operations, and Procurement teams, leading consultative sales conversations and positioning tailored e-learning solutions that deliver real business value. Alongside winning new logos, you’ll also identify growth opportunities within existing and dormant accounts to maximise revenue potential.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business acquisition and winning new logos
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline within the e-learning sector
  • Leading consultative discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Identifying client challenges and positioning value-led learning solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Re-engaging dormant accounts and uncovering expansion opportunities
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

Ideal Experience:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Strong new business hunting mentality
  • Experience within e-learning, digital learning, training, or solution-based sales
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Highly organised with CRM experience and strong pipeline management skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
