Description

The Senior Associate will be:

• Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity deals
• Supporting clients on joint ventures, restructures, and strategic business matters
• Playing a key role in managing transactions from inception to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development

Profile

The successful candidate will be a Senior Associate with:

• 5+ PQE in corporate law
• Experienced in M&A, private equity, and general corporate transactions
• Commercially astute with strong technical knowledge
• Confident in client-facing roles and managing complex matters
• A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
