The Role
We're seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Ecommerce Assistant to join our Marketplace Team and drive growth on third-party platforms. You'll optimise product listings, analyse performance, work with external creators and collaborate across teams to boost our digital presence and sales.

As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in expanding our company’s online sales channels via TikTok, and ensuring a strong presence on major marketplaces.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contribute to strategic marketplace initiatives and channel expansion projects
- Support the delivery of key commercial and operational KPIs across marketplace channels, including the timely resolution of operational queries where required
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall marketplace performance
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve conversion
- Track marketplace trends, platform developments, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive advantage
- Work closely with marketplace account managers to maximise channel performance and unlock new opportunities
- Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Design, and Content teams to ensure product information is market-leading
- Analyse marketplace data and customer behaviour to improve product visibility, traffic, conversion and sales performance
- Assist with TikTok Affiliate operations, including sample fulfilment, creator communications, and campaign administration
- Manage and optimise product listings, ensuring content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with marketplace best practices ahead of product launches
What You’ll Bring:
- Passion for ecommerce with an entrepreneurial drive, and a proactive and commercially minded approach.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field beneficial
- Excellent IT skills in Office, Excel and listing management tools
- Understanding of SEO best practices for content would be an advantage
- Previous experience in ecommerce - trading assistant, executive or admin in a relevant industry
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high volumes of product listings with listing best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience with online marketplace platforms such as Mirakl, The Range, Tesco, TikTok Shop, or similar channels would be beneficial
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple product launches, listings, and marketplace priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills key to working with other business departments e.g. Buying & Merchandising, Design, Warehouse, Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of all projects
