Client Support Administrator – Financial Planning

An established and highly respected professional services firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Client Support Administrator to join its growing Financial Planning division.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services professional who enjoys combining technical administration, client service, process improvement, and team collaboration within a supportive and people-focused environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting consultants and clients, overseeing complex administrative processes, helping maintain high compliance standards, and contributing to the smooth delivery of the wider Client Support function.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience within financial planning or wealth management administration
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment
