We are looking for an experienced Litigation Executive with the ability to carry out the following key responsibilities to join our Volume Motor Team:
As a leading provider of legal services to the defendant motor insurance market, we handle a broad spectrum of claims from outsourced, pre-litigation, and non-injury matters to complex, multi-track personal injury cases.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within our multi-award-winning firm. The role offers significant variety and flexibility, providing the chance to work across several teams within our top-tier Motor practice.

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Executive with the ability to carry out the following key responsibilities to join our Volume Motor Team:
- Handle fast track and small claims RTA files.
- Deal with all procedural matters from issue through to trial
- Assess claims for special damages.
- Draft all pleadings
- Demonstrate the ability to value personal injury using JC Guidelines and case law
- Negotiate settlement where appropriate using persuasive arguments.
- Have strong telephone negotiation skills.
- Prepare witness statements for use in court proceedings, taken via telephone call or video call.
- Liaise with other professionals such as claimant's solicitors, counsel, courts, brokers, policyholders and the insurer clients.
- Have strong organisation skills and be able to use a case management system
- Ensure all Management Information is completed timely and accurately.
- Adhere to client SLA requirements in terms of reporting and updates.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Essential Skills & Experience
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently by managing time in a fast pace environment.
- A Professional manner with the ability to build relationship internally and externally.
- Minimum of 2+ years previous experience running a RTA caseload.
