JOB TITLE: Private Banking Lending Manager
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Chester, Halifax or Leeds
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days per week) in one of our office hubs mentioned above
Ready to shape the future of lending in Private Banking? We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven individual to join our Specialised Lending Team as a Private Banking Specialist Lender. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our lending operations, delivering exceptional outcomes for high-value clients while helping shape the future of our lending proposition.
Proactively manage and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner.
Identify and resolve shortcomings in compliance and distribution processes to enhance customer service.
Collaborate with lending colleagues to manage important external introducer relationships.
Build and maintain a productive working relationship with Wealth Credit Risk to support the delivery of outstanding customer outcomes.
Provide input into the development of improved procedures to enhance the customer lending journey.
Offer operational support to senior managers through non-routine activities using established programmes and protocols.
A thorough understanding of the UK residential property market and the services that support it.
A commitment to personal development and the ability to coach or guide others in role-specific areas.
A customer-first mindset, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered at the first point of contact.
Confidence in seeking and acting on customer feedback using prescribed systems and processes.
A collaborative approach to sharing best practices across the organisation.
