Key Deliverables
- Input into commercial monitoring of C&I team involvement in projects, including fee and resource management, client relationship management and project delivery.
- Monitor, support and champion quality and compliance controls within local teams and projects.
- Support the development and growth of the C&I team by actively engaging in collaborative planning and shared decision-making
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards)
- Proven experience in C&I engineering within chemical/pharma sectors
- Strong knowledge of hazardous area and clean room equipment design
- Experience with HAZOP, LOPA, SIL assessments
- Excellent management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Work on high-profile, technically complex projects in niche sectors like pharmaceuticals and advanced manufacturing.
