About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm

About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supervise the engineering team to ensure a safe and profitable delivery
- Complete site safety visits with OCS contract managers to ensure that the contracts remain complaint
- Assist in attending monthly meetings to provide an reports to the Technical Contracts Manager
- Support the welfare and performance of the engineering team
- Work on areas covering when other staff are not available
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical services division with in OCS
- Assist the Technical Manager in improving the process and service delivery on the contract
- Previous experience of managing / team leading or supervising small works projects
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, efficient, helpful and professional at all times
- HNC in engineer discipline
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
- Experience at a supervisor level within a similar role
- Right to work the UK
