Who are we looking for?

• Industry Experience as a Voice Architect or similar Engineering role in the telecommunications space.
• Experience with programming and scripting languages.
• Industry experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and source code management tools and frameworks.
  
  
  

What will you be doing day-to-day? 

• Lead the architecture, design, development and implementation of complex, high-impact and scalable voice solutions and systems in Gamma own products.
• Solve challenging technical problems and integration challenges by applying deep understanding of core engineering principles and emerging technologies.
• Conduct technical reviews and evaluations, ensuring quality, maintainability and adherence to best practices.
  
  
  

What you’ll need:

• Ability to analyse complex technical problems, break them down into smaller components, and identify the root cause of the issue and provide a solution.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and issues in a clear and concise manner that can be easily understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with other teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve common goals.
