- Collaborate with hotel leadership to support wider business goals
- Proven experience in managing a spa and/or leisure facility
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A genuine passion for wellness, service, and hospitality
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Knowledge of health & safety and spa compliance standards
