We’re on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join our Finance Team here at Co-op Live. It’s a great chance to be part of something big—supporting the UK’s largest indoor arena! You’ll work closely with our Financial Controller to help improve management reporting, business processes, and controls.
Day to day, you’ll be hands-on with the full finance operation—from pulling together management accounts to keeping our balance sheet reconciliations in check. If you’re up for a fast-paced, exciting role where no two days are the same, we’d love to have you on board.
As part of the Finance Team, you’ll be a key player in supporting our amazing Co-op Live crew—working closely with different departments to help them stay on top of their budgets and really understand their numbers. You’ll also get stuck into designing and testing new accounting systems, CRM tools, Ticketmaster reporting, and other cool processes and interfaces.
With your finance experience, you’ll work alongside the CFO and Financial Controller to keep things running smoothly—making sure our ledgers, month-end reconciliations, and reports are all in good shape. You’ll also help support our small finance team, sharing your knowledge and acting as a coach and mentor to help more junior team members grow and learn.

Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent on experience + Benefits

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
We’re looking for a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or similar) with experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager, who’s ready to take on the exciting challenge of supporting the UK’s biggest arena.
You will have some post qualification experience, ideally in a commercial environment. Our Finance team is going through some changes as we work to deliver top-notch service to everyone we work with. So, we need someone who’s flexible, up for a challenge, and enjoys a bit of variety in their day-to-day.
You’ll need solid experience in management accounts, transactional processes (think Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, balance sheet recs), and getting everything ready for audit. If you're great at building relationships, love driving change, and have a knack for improving processes and systems, we’d love to hear from you.
