Property Move-In Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage tenant move-ins, completing inventories and check-in documentation
- Carry out routine property inspections and report maintenance issues back to the office team
- Support the preparation of properties prior to new tenancies (ensuring they are clean, compliant, and presentable)
- Assist with move-out appointments, checking condition reports and facilitating smooth transitions
- Deliver welcome packs and provide a warm, professional welcome for new tenants
- Collect meter readings and update tenancy records as needed
- Provide on-the-ground support for high volume move-in periods and new development launches
- Act as a brand ambassador when out in the field - friendly, professional, and helpful
- A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset and great interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a genuine interest in property
- Full UK driving licence (ideal but not essential)
- Organised and reliable, able to work independently and manage a flexible diary
- Presentable and professional
- Positive attitude, keen to get stuck in, and ready to build a career in property
- Previous customer service experience (hospitality, retail, lettings admin etc.) is a big plus
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - any exposure to property software is helpful but not required
- Flexible, calm under pressure, and happy to work in a fast-paced environment
