With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.
Well, what about the team?
We are looking to bring on a new intake of Graduates to our Technical Graduate Scheme. Here at Bally’s Interactive we do things a little differently to other companies, after an initial period of training, we will throw you right into the action! You will be assigned to one of the teams and will start taking on stories from the team’s backlog. As a Graduate in this stream you will be given the chance to learn your trade across the roles of Java Developer, Front-end Developer, Web Developer, iOS Developer and Android Developer. During the scheme you will rotate across several of our platforms to give you exposure with different areas of our business and to learn a range of technology.
Whilst the team will provide the support needed for a graduate to excel, you are expected to quickly build up domain knowledge and work with latest technologies used by the team. You will have the satisfaction of being part of the team working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment delivering market leading games and features to entertain our players. Over two years, you'll contribute to some pretty exciting projects. You'll get exposure to advanced technologies, and you'll have the chance to work alongside some of the best technical people in the industry.
We believe that you learn most things on the job. In addition, formal training will be provided where needed. You will receive reviews every 6 months where you will get feedback from those you work with. Bally’s Interactive offers multiple career paths leading to Technical Leadership, Architect, Development Manager, Programme/Project Manager, and Team Lead

- Minimum 2.1 in Computer Science or similar graduate degree.
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following - Java, JavaScript, iOS, Android
- Understanding of design patterns.
- Passion for learning and new technologies.
