Role Purpose / Summary
Programme Manager Delivery and management of multiple programmes and serves as a mediator between their resources and executives.
Typically, in charge of planning, implementing, and executing specific company goals or policies and involve monitoring associated budgets, allocating project resources and motivating and managing the programmes team members.
Other duties include issuing progress reports and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and efficient fashion.

Typically, in charge of planning, implementing, and executing specific company goals or policies and involve monitoring associated budgets, allocating project resources and motivating and managing the programmes team members.
Other duties include issuing progress reports and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and efficient fashion.
- Be responsible for the end to end management of the project therefore need to have significant experience in planning, finance forecasting, risk management and progress reporting.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Manage client expectations and foster strong client relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads.
