management of DWF’s supply chain. This will include legislative compliance, financial due diligence,
and contract coverage ensuring that the services provided are of a consistently high quality to assist
with the delivery of business objectives across the group.
This role offers Hybrid working with at least 2 days working from the Manchester office.

with the delivery of business objectives across the group.
This role offers Hybrid working with at least 2 days working from the Manchester office.
Responsibilities
- To support the end to end on-boarding process for new & existing suppliers ensuring the right level
- of due diligence is carried out in the relevant period.
- Support in the build and maintenance of the Contract Database
- Proactively manage and maintain existing supplier information, ensuring it is up to date and
- accurate.
- Carry out regular reviews of master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collate, manipulate and interpret data, conducting high level analysis.
- Support the business with any incoming audit requests for accreditation.
- To support in the continued transformation of the end-to-end process including providing input into
- design of new and existing documentation and policies.
- Assist with the roll out of global policies and procedures.
- Manage and support the implementation of any Procurement related projects.
- Identify and support in the maintenance of the Procurement Risk register.
- Relevant experience within a similar procurement, supply chain, contract management or P2P
- role
- Experience within a complex and dynamic procurement environment.
- A track record of contributing to a continuous improvement culture and the ability to challenge
- existing processes and methodologies.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, Data manipulation and rigorous attention to detail
- High level of attention to detail with significant emphasis on quality of work.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively in a fast paced and
- changing environment to support the team in delivering results.
- Willingness to be flexible with day-to-day operations.
- Ability to build on commercial awareness and apply it to procurement activities.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
- Consistently challenge and sense check business decision-making, ensuring practical and
- effective solutions are made.
