Collections Advisor - Motor Finance Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days on-site/week) Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 (DOE) Full-Time, Permanent | 35 hours/week Shifts: Mon-Fri, 8am-7pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am-12pm 30 days holiday + Bank Holidays Start: ASAP (post-compliance) Training: 3 weeks on-site, then hybrid

We're looking for a proactive and empathetic Collections Advisor to join our motor finance team. You'll support customers in financial difficulty, helping them find sustainable repayment solutions while ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines.

• Speak with customers in arrears to understand their financial situation

• Carry out Income & Expenditure assessments

• Create realistic and affordable repayment plans

• Identify and support vulnerable customers

• Ensure compliance with FCA, CONC, and TCF standards

• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in arrears or financial services

• Ability to support vulnerable customers with empathy

• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping
