The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management qualification. As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate retrofit projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate effective communication and project progress.- Conduct assessments and audits to ensure compliance with retrofit standards and regulations.- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed.Skills and Qualifications:- Level 5 PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management qualification.- Proven experience in risk management within retrofit or construction projects.- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards related to retrofit projects.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive project success.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit a copy of their CV detailing relevant experience and qualifications.
