Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and exceptional service.
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus for both fine dining hospitality events and the staff restaurant.
  • Inspire, train, and lead a talented team of chefs and kitchen professionals.
  • Maintain rigorous standards of food hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
  • Efficiently manage food costs and kitchen budgets to align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
  • Keep menus fresh and innovative by staying up-to-date with culinary trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary position, ideally in fine dining or premium corporate hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Exceptional culinary skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and hygiene standards.
  • Confidence in managing budgets and controlling food costs to maximize efficiency.
