As a Project Manager in the Club's Infrastructure Development department, you will manage the delivery of projects, capital budgets, business/industry intelligence and planning to ensure that bespoke solutions are delivered for the benefit of internal and external customers within the timescales, budget and to the quality expected. All whilst leading project teams to deliver outcomes on a per project basis, under the banner of Infrastructure (construction/installation/renovation etc.).

Your Impact
- Delivery of project in line with approved KPI’s (budget, programme, specification)
- Able to work individually or as part of a team
- To develop requirements briefs in order to inform project outputs
- Tender projects to ensure competitive price/quality delivery
- Oversee management of projects, costs, contractual, delivery
- Continually seek opportunities for improvement (commercial or operational)
What we are looking for
Essential
- Track record of working in project management
- Excellent control of financial modelling
- Understating of JCT contracts
- Understanding of CDM and related Client responsibilities
Desirable
- Worked in construction industry
- Prince Qualified (or equivalent)
- Microsoft Project and other Microsoft apps
- CAD proficient
