Your Skills:Leading and mentoring development teams across multiple platforms
Driving DevOps and CI/CD practices to improve speed and reliability

Navigating a matrix environment to prioritise and align technical initiatives
Your Background:Strong technical background in Azure and PHPExperience with Adobe Commerce CloudProven track record of leading development teams and fostering a high-performance culture
