We are delighted to be supporting our client in the search for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to join a forward-thinking organisation headquartered in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress into a more senior support role, working closely with an impressive leadership team
The business operates across high-growth and innovation-led sectors, offering a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-level support to senior stakeholders, while also contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations
Personal Assistant Location: Central Manchester, with occasional travel to Leeds and Sheffield
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities: Providing seamless, high-level support to senior leaders
Complex diary, inbox, and meeting coordination
End-to-end organisation of events and internal engagements
Preparation of professional documents and presentations
Maintenance of internal systems, including CRM tools
Liaising with suppliers and supporting operational admin
Handling additional ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of five years’ experience in a Personal Assistant role
Background in finance, investment, or professional services is desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with discretion and professionalism
Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive, resilient, and highly organised approach
