About The Role

Health, Safety & Environmental (SHE) Manager

We're recruiting an experienced SHE Manager to lead and enhance health, safety, and environmental practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead incident reporting and investigations, ensuring corrective actions.
  • Analyse SHE data and report trends to senior management.
  • Develop safe systems of work, policies, and training programmes.
  • Manage actions from audits and risk assessments.
  • Oversee third-party SHE compliance.
  • Conduct and update risk assessments.
  • Chair the Safety Committee and champion SHE culture.
  • Manage and track internal/external training.

About You

  • Experience in HSE in Manufacturing
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years in a similar SHE role
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
  • Internal auditor qualification
  • Track record in continuous improvement
