Our client is highly-successful law firm, and having been established in the area for over 100 years, the firm has a great reputation and an enviable client base. With offices across the major cities in the UK, the firm also has a strong market presence

This success also extends to the commercial team, which deals with the full spectrum of commercial matters, from straightforward trading issues through to complex projects. Your caseload will be equally as broad-ranging and could include agency and distribution matters, charities, corporate governance, franchising, joint ventures, partnership agreements and terms and conditions

The commercial team works with businesses across many sectors, from manufacturing to marketing, and deals with organisations of all sizes, from smaller businesses to major corporate establishments throughout the UK and Europe. As a member of this team, you will be working closely with this client base and will be able to build strong relationships of your own

Since the firm is committed to further expansion, you will also be involved in the team's business development and marketing activities, meaning you can attend networking events and help boost both the firm's and your own reputation in the region

Our client envisages candidates with 3 or more years' PQE to be suitable for the role, however if you fall outside of this, but feel you can demonstrate the technical ability commensurate with this level, you are still encouraged to apply
