Hybrid – Manchester We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support three senior executives in a fast-paced, strategic environment. This pivotal role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks—you will be a trusted partner, ensuring maximum productivity, managing critical relationships, and enabling strategic priorities.If you thrive in high-stakes environments and excel at staying two steps ahead, apply today and become a key player in our leadership team’s success!Candidate Profile & Must-Have Attributes C-level executive support experience (8+ years) in high-performance environments. Preferably from an IT / Systems company, sized 500-1000 staff headcount. Strong organisational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to anticipate needs. Gravitas and confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders, board members, and investors. High-level discretion and confidentiality—capable of navigating sensitive information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to craft executive-level messaging. Tech proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, expense management systems, and collaboration platforms. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations:
Executive Support & Calendar Management Efficiently manage complex calendars, ensuring 98% scheduling accuracy. Optimise executive time by reducing low-priority meetings by 20% each quarter. Provide daily briefings, pre-reads, and follow-ups, enhancing preparedness by 30%. Communications & Stakeholder Engagement - across 64 territories globally! Serve as a gatekeeper—maintain response times under 24 hours for priority communications. Draft high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence with a 95% first-pass approval rate. Strengthen executive relationships with board members and investors through seamless coordination. Strategic & Operational Support Track and drive key initiatives, ensuring 100% alignment with quarterly goals. Partner with chiefs of staff and department heads, facilitating smooth executive operations. Manage sensitive information with zero compliance breaches and full confidentiality. Travel & Logistics Plan and coordinate international and domestic travel with a 100% on-schedule record. Anticipate challenges, reducing travel disruptions by 25% through proactive contingency planning. Ensure executives have comprehensive travel briefing packs for every trip. Project & Event Coordination Lead planning for leadership offsites and internal events with 100% satisfaction scores. Identify efficiency opportunities, implementing initiatives that save 15% of executive time. Drive engagement by ensuring flawless execution of executive town halls and leadership events
