Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Client Accounts Assistant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary ranges from £23,000 - £24,500.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Arranging regular supplier payments to be sent for approval.
  • Managing contractor queries; handling outstanding payment and invoice queries
  • Issuing refunds and credits to landlords, tenants and suppliers, as required.
  • Making deposit returns to tenants
  • Income payments to clients and uploading payments to the bank for approval.
  • Issuing associated contractor remittances and managing outstanding payment lists, due to suppliers/contractors.
  • Liaising with property managers regarding tenant and client issues
