Senior Finance Assistant - #1713734

Preferred Requirements:

• Responsible for weekly and month-end bank reconciliations, purchase invoice posting, and payment runs
• Reconcile reports, selling agent fees, and purchaser deposits
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure accurate accounting of reservations, deposits, and credit card receipts
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation, challenging existing practices
• Assist the wider Development Finance team with sales completions, ground rent and insurance billing, and intercompany loan reconciliations
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Property development or construction experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs, and more
• Experience with Sage 50 Accounts or similar financial accounting software is a plus
