About The Team
The GPU Software Engineering Infrastructure team at Arm provides innovative infrastructure, services and tools to enable world-class GPU development. We are also responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising workflows, automation, and platforms that support GPU software engineering at scale. Our mission is to enhance productivity, streamline development, and improve software quality through innovative solutions.
We work across a broad range of technologies, including Cloud Infrastructure and services, data analysis and infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, New Hardware platform and BSP Deployments, and security frameworks. Our work spans across frontend & backend development, infrastructure provisioning & automation, cloud transformation, Test management & Reporting services to name a few — all critical components for efficient GPU software development.
You will be working with multi-disciplined, multi-national engineering teams across Arm’s worldwide engineering centers. The codebase is the full stack of software that enables Mali GPU to be the most shipped GPU globally! About The Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team with a focus on UI driven front-end and back-end development. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about building intuitive, high-performance web applications that support complex engineering workflows.
We work with modern UI frameworks (such as React), backend services (Java, Python), and infrastructure automation to create seamless user experiences across multiple internal tools and platforms.
In this role, we collaborate closely with engineers and partners across the organization to develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions that drive innovation in GPU software engineering infrastructure. Together, we aim to build tools that empower our teams and streamline development workflows.

Together, we aim to build tools that empower our teams and streamline development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern, responsive front-end applications using React (mandatory).
- Implement scalable back-end services using Java or Python (mandatory)
- Design, enhance, and optimize UI/UX components to improve usability and developer experience.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components with APIs, databases, and infrastructure services.
- Work closely with teams across tooling, automation, and infrastructure to ensure seamless service integration.
- Debug and optimize performance across the stack to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Follow standard methodologies for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python (mandatory) for backend services.
- Experience with React (mandatory) or other modern UI development frameworks.
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API) in React.
- Understanding of web development principles, REST APIs, and UI/UX standard methodologies.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and backend data handling.
