Join us based in the Manchester Office, working as part of the Project Management team. You will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive Project Management across commercial, residential, public, and private sectors. Requirements

To lead, develop, and assist with the provision of project management services, including technical advice, pre and post-contract project management services.

  • MCIOB qualification or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. MRICS, APM) – or working towards a professional qualification.
  • Able to demonstrate experience across a number of sectors and types of projects.
  • Proven experience in delivering Programs and Project management.
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to set project direction aligned with business goals, inspire teams, and drive performance across multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, design coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Skilled in budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and maximising profitability best value while delivering quality.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and resolving issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
  • Proficient in managing various contract forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, etc.) and ensuring the commercial success of projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage complex and challenging project timelines, ensuring milestone achievement. Experience and understanding of using Asta Power Project and/or MS Project would be advantageous.
  • Ensures projects adhere to regulatory standards, health & safety requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Capable of leading through change—whether in scope, schedule, or resources—while maintaining team focus and morale.
  • Clear, concise communicator with ability to report progress, challenges, and strategies to leadership and clients.
  • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.

The position will require an element of travel to fulfil the requirements of the role, so having a full clean driving licence would be desirable.
