AIRPORT MANAGERJOB DESCRIPTIONPurpose: The overall responsibility of ensuring safe,secure and punctualAirport Operations at the respective International station.
Key responsibility and accountability:Customer Service workflowprocess & administration:Plan, develop, and maintainground operating procedures for the Airport as per the company objectives.Develop processes and procedures.Resolving customercomplaints & handlingtheir queries.Maintaining qualitytargets as per client Standards.
Airline/ Airport Regulations:Ensure the adherence to service and safety standardsas defined.Ensure proper functioning of station activities.Administer leases,contracts, and rentalagreements for stationground handling facilities and equipment.Vendor Management.Co-ordination with government agencies& airport authorities.
Internal customer managementStaffing & adequate trainingfor the staff.Check performance and provideregular feedback.Conduct yearly appraisals for the employees at the locations.
Budgeting & Costing:Based on the schedule prepare customer services and ground handling budget for the airports. Monitorthe performance of the airportsagainst the budget and take corrective action, if required.Interpreting data & carryingout a cost-benefit analysis for purchase or outsourcing of equipment.Maintenance of office &airport equipment.Monthly reports to be sent to the head office.Maintenance & upkeep of respective airportreports.
