As Ecommerce Executive, you’ll:

• Collaborate with senior leaders to refine and implement ecommerce trading strategies tailored to the Greek market.
• Build and manage the trading calendar, ensuring website updates align with commercial objectives and local consumer behaviour.
• Use analytics tools to evaluate the customer journey, optimise performance, and inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor key site metrics such as gross profit, conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value (AOV), and traffic.
• Strategically plan product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring local relevance through collaboration with the marketing team.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, supporting demand forecasting and stock planning.
• Localise global strategies to ensure they resonate with Greek customers and align with local trends and preferences.
• Working directly with in country representatives
• Commercially modelling and evaluating rep performance, through influencer revenue
• Setting strategic targets and goals through the rep teams
  

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• A genuine interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online retail – whether through studies, work placements, or personal projects.
• Fluent in Greek (spoken and written), with a good understanding of local culture and consumer habits.
• Comfortable using data to identify trends and inform decisions – experience with tools like Excel or Google Analytics is a plus but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to planning and execution.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and solve problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• A commercial mindset and interest in driving business performance.
• Previous experience in a similar role or ecommerce environment is beneficial but not required, full training and support will be provided.
