Our client, a leading car finance provider, is looking for energetic Sales Account Managers to join their growing team. With ambitious expansion plans, you’ll have the opportunity to earn big and build your career in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You’ll Earn

• Base salary: £25,000


• OTE: Up to £70,000


• Weekly team incentives


• 21 days paid leave (+ bank holidays and extra leave each year)

Key Responsibilities

• Convert warm finance leads into sales deals


• Qualify customer needs and negotiate the best deals


• Build relationships with customers, lenders, and dealers


• Deliver outstanding customer service from application to completion

What We’re Looking For

• Drive to hit sales targets and close deals


• Previous sales experience


• Excellent communication skills


• Resilience and a strong ability to thrive under pressure

Working Hours

• Shift patterns: 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday | Weekend work required on a rotational basis
