Quality Assurance Manager:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for a long contract based in Manchester Area, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and processes.


• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Operations teams to define test plans and strategies.


• Oversee all QA activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.


• Introduce and manage automated testing frameworks where applicable.


• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and industry regulations.


• Identify areas for improvement in existing QA practices and suggest solutions.


• Maintain documentation and metrics for QA processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Manager or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.


• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• ISTQB certification (desirable but not mandatory).
