Are you an experienced education recruiter with a strong background in SEN (Special Educational Needs) placements? Tradewind Recruitment, one of the UK's leading education agencies, is expanding its Manchester team and looking for Senior SEN Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing branch.

This role is ideal for recruiters who are passionate about the SEN sector and are ready to take the next step in their career. Please note: only candidates with prior experience in education recruitment will be considered.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

• Uncapped Commission: No threshold-earn from your first placement

What We're Looking For:

• Education Recruitment experience (essential)

• A consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Strong sales and business development skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships

• A professional, ethical, and team-oriented mindset

• Ideally, experience supporting or mentoring junior consultants
