Business Analyst - #1701920

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to be part of a dynamic, agile, and cross-functional Scrum team. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to help shape and deliver technology solutions. This is a hybrid role with 1 day a week in the office in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine business needs using interviews, surveys, and workshops. Translate these into actionable technology deliverables.
• Act as the key liaison for technology requirements within the supported business area. Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
• Assist in grooming the product backlog—ensuring it is well-structured, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with Software Engineers during sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Provide ongoing clarification of requirements and assist in resolving blockers.
• Define test scenarios, coordinate with end users, and lead UAT sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Actively participate in and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demonstrations.
  
  

Experience Required

• Experience in the Conveyancing or Legal industry is essential.
• Proven track record as an Agile Business Analyst in fast-paced software delivery environments.
• Strong background in delivering successful technology initiatives in customer-centric industries.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and SAFe.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira Software, and Confluence.
