We are looking for a Digital Project Manager with experience implementing security projects to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.

You'll manage the delivery of multiple complex, high impact projects and make sure they are delivered on time and within budget.

This role gives you plenty of freedom to drive security-focused projects across different areas. You'll be directly responsible for the delivery team, sharing your experience across digital security products and services.

It's a complex stakeholder environment, so you'll lead by example in managing senior relationships. You'll also manage supplier relationships, getting value for money for DWP.

You're a leader. You'll promote a positive culture within the team. This looks like mentorship and coaching, as well as supporting our Project Managers in their development and growth opportunities.

Technical Statement

  • Ability to manage multiple projects that include significant digital and cyber security delivery.

Personal Statement

  • Extensive experience delivering digital security products and services in a Cybersecurity environment.
  • Has managed multiple agile deliveries that include in-house software development and product design.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering secure by design digital services.
  • Able to manage one or more complex programmes that are predominately involved in the orchestration between multiple agile teams and with external dependencies.
  • Experience of managing internal and external stakeholders up to executive level.
  • Significant experience of managing a live technical support team.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.

Pay: We offer competitive pay of £72,664.

Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%.

Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.
