A residential contractor /developer who are experiencing sustained growth across both open market and social housing schemes, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver projects across the Manchester area. With a strong pipeline of secured work in both private residential and affordable/social housing, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a business with genuine long-term prospects and backing for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and workforce coordination
• Drive build programmes, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and health & safety compliance
• Ensure a high standard of finish and quality control throughout the build
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and consultants

Experience:

• Proven experience managing residential construction sites, ideally for both developers and contractors
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
