Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient quoting for new business and contract renewals
- Process contract amendments within specified KPIs
- Offer relevant information to support various departments in achieving business objectives
- Communicate professionally with clients and brokers via phone and email
- Work collaboratively within the team, suggesting improvements to enhance overall performance
- Maintain accuracy in work output while developing a strong understanding of our products
- Record proposals in the sales order book and keep internal systems up to date
- Prepare and issue commercial offer packs
- Minimum five GCSEs (or equivalent)
- Experience in customer service, both internal and external
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload, work independently, and meet deadlines
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays with the option to buy or sell 5 holidays, plus an option to carry over 5 days
- Combined employee/employer pension contributions of up to 12%
