What to expect from the role

The successful candidates will:

• Carry their own caseloads of delegated or non-delegated work depending on your level of experience;


• Expect a mix of fast track and multi track work;


• work alongside experienced fee earners who will assist, where necessary, in setting strategies and make liability decisions;


• develop your technical knowledge alongside this experienced lawyer, gradually taking more and more responsibility as you grow in confidence.

A role tailored to your level of experience

The Casualty team is looking to recruit a number of fee earners at various levels.

Depending on your experience you will handle a caseload of either delegated authority fixed fee cases or more complex non-delegated work on behalf of major insurance clients.

Developing your career pathway
