We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Producer with a strong background in B2C marketing and advertising to plan, create, and publish high-performing social content across our brand’s channels. This role combines content production, trend awareness, and marketing insight to drive brand engagement, growth, and conversion. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands consumer behaviour, and knows how to craft content that cuts through the noise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, shoot, and edit platform-native content (video, Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, etc.) that resonates with B2C audiences.
- Own the end-to-end content production process — from concepting and scripting to filming, thumbnail creation and publishing.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and performance teams to align social content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Monitor trends and cultural moments to develop real-time content that keeps the brand relevant and engaging.
- Manage content calendars and scheduling tools, ensuring consistent posting and channel optimization.
- Analyze content performance and social metrics to inform creative iterations and future content planning.
- Source and direct UGC or influencer-style content when needed to support organic and paid social strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media production, with a focus on B2C marketing and advertising.
- Proven ability to create content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar), with a strong eye for visual storytelling and pacing.
- Skilled in creating compelling video thumbnails using Canva (or similar)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-output environment with short turnaround times.
- Understanding of social media KPIs, consumer funnels, and content that drives engagement and conversion.
- Strong grasp of digital culture, trends, and how to adapt brand messaging to different social platforms.
- Ability to be both behind and in front of the camera.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paid social creative production and ad variations.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Sprout, Later).
- Background in influencer marketing or UGC collaboration is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits.
- Creative freedom and the opportunity to shape a growing brand’s voice on social.
- Fast-paced, collaborative environment with room to test and learn.
- Direct impact on audience growth and marketing performance.
