We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales Manager to join a successful and growing food manufacturing business. The Role
You’ll be joining a close-knit commercial team and taking the lead on customer relationships—balancing account management with new business development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Building relationships with buyers, procurement teams, and commercial contacts
- Identifying new routes to market and developing new customer opportunities
- Shaping and delivering commercial proposals
- Working closely with colleagues across UK and European sites
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
Who You Are
- Experienced in sales within FMCG, food, drink, or related sectors
- Confident managing relationships across retail, foodservice, wholesale, or manufacturing
- A self-starter with a strong commercial mindset
- Organised and adaptable, with experience managing multiple accounts
- Great communicator and natural relationship-builder
