We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales Manager to join a successful and growing food manufacturing business. Whether your background is in FMCG, foodservice, or retail sales, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can take ownership, develop key accounts, and help shape future growth.


Backed by a well-established European group, the business is known for quality, innovation, and a customer-first approach. Now expanding across the UK, they’re looking for someone who can manage existing accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities.


The Role


You’ll be joining a close-knit commercial team and taking the lead on customer relationships—balancing account management with new business development.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts

  • Building relationships with buyers, procurement teams, and commercial contacts

  • Identifying new routes to market and developing new customer opportunities

  • Shaping and delivering commercial proposals

  • Working closely with colleagues across UK and European sites

  • Representing the company at trade shows and industry events


Who You Are



  • Experienced in sales within FMCG, food, drink, or related sectors

  • Confident managing relationships across retail, foodservice, wholesale, or manufacturing

  • A self-starter with a strong commercial mindset

  • Organised and adaptable, with experience managing multiple accounts

  • Great communicator and natural relationship-builder
