Salary: £40,000 (Inc. Base and Tronc)

Location: Manchester, UK

What you'll be doing:

• Leading a large, talented kitchen team and overseeing all operations


• Driving culinary standards across dim sum, wok, and modern Chinese fine dining


• Working closely with senior management to develop and launch new seasonal menus


• Upholding strict hygiene, safety, and kitchen efficiency standards


• Coaching and developing junior chefs to ensure consistency and progression

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-quality Chinese restaurant


• Deep knowledge of Chinese cookery, including wok and dim sum techniques


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• A calm and organised approach under pressure


• You must already be based in the UK
  


• English level B1 or above for Skilled Worker visa requirements
