- Act as a trusted advisor to businesses in digital, creative, and tech industries.
- Promote workforce development services and ensure referrals to appropriate programmes and partners.
- Work with sector leads to implement regional development plans and support industry priorities.
- Help businesses develop inclusive recruitment practices and retain local talent.
- Engage with education and training providers to broker impactful upskilling solutions.
- Assess organisational capability, skills gaps, and workforce challenges through diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute to service performance reporting.
- Strong background in workforce planning, organisational development, or coaching.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital, creative, and tech business landscape.
- Experience engaging SMEs and scaling businesses with tailored workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with the skills and training ecosystem within Greater Manchester.
- Degree/CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience in a relevant role.
- Competent in CRM systems and comfortable managing a portfolio of business clients.
- Proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about supporting sector growth.
