The Role

As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll step straight into a warm desk with the freedom to run your market your way. You’ll have access to a strong database, a supportive leadership team, and a brand that opens doors — all while enjoying the rewards and lifestyle that high performance brings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates

• Negotiate terms and manage offers to placement

• Hit revenue and activity KPIs with a clear route to promotion

• Mentor junior consultants (optional depending on experience)

• Represent the company at events, meetings, and client visits

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of 360 recruitment experience (any sector)

• Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen

• Proven billing track record and a hunger to grow

• Motivated by success, money, and career progression

• Resilient, driven, and proactive in generating business
