Profile
A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
- A degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or related field.
- Proficiency in building pathology and diagnosing defects.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
Job Offer
- An estimated hourly wage between £24.30 and £29.70.
