Job Description
Role Purpose
- Promote the Group by creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with the group’s goals and target audiences
- Plan activity to reach target customers, measure success and drive business growth
- Engage with stakeholders and marketing colleagues to oversee the development and execution of cohesive promotional strategies and on-brand collateral
- Promote our products and service excellence by producing authentic and outstanding communications
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales teams, product SMEs, investment specialists and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing across all channels
- Market Analysis: Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions
- Integrated Marketing Communications: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, PR, and advertising.
- Content Creation: Working with the marketing team to produce strategic content, (presentations, brochures, web pages, social media posts, webinars etc) to support marketing initiatives
- Thought Leadership Development: Work with SMEs to create and communicate insightful thought leadership content
- Identifying the most effective channels and marketing tactics to reach each target market
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Customer Experience: Focusing on delivering personalised and professional marketing campaigns that meet consumer demands and enhance the overall customer experience
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the business including senior management and fund services and investment management SMEs
Essential Experience Required:
- Experience of working in an investment or financial services marketing
